The IVRS system allows insight into the user of the technology. We can see the social interactions of individuals within various groups and the interaction of groups among themselves as well. IVRS will have ease of access for the user. The active participation of the community will be a constant learning process that will go beyond conventional approaches of only giving access to technology. The effectiveness of the projects will also be enhanced if those who work in these projects become conscious of the social implications of their work.
