Women and HIV and AIDS (English)

Women are more vulnerable to HIV and AIDS than men. Biological, sociocultural and economic factors, have lead to them being denied access to health care and health education especially in Africa. The New Kenyan constitution has provisions that promote the right of women to access healthcare. Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, a public service national broadcaster in collaboration with the Global Campaign for Microbicides at PATH Kenya co produced a program to discuss this issue.
