***සදහම් සෙවන*** ජීවිතයේ ගැටලු වලට ධර්මාණුකූලව පිළිතුරු දෙන වැඩසටහනක් වන අතර නවසීලන්තයේ භන්තේ ජිනාලංකාර හිමියන් විසින් රසිකයන්ගේ ගැටලු වලට පිළිතුරු දෙනු ලැබේ.

Many conventional attitudes and traditions have created an unequal situation for women. Because of this most women and young girls face different forms of violence and sexual harassment. Should we not think of constructing a just and equal society mat is free from violence and discrimination?

With the open economic policies of the country Free Trade Zones were introduced to the country. Lots of women workers are employed in the factories in the free trade Zones. Their work is often marginalized by others in the society. Time has come to recognize their work as work as they are also contributing to the development of the country.

Women experience violence at home, at work or even while traveling. Lack of knowledge about law, cultural barriers and various other reasons prevent women from taking any legal action against violence women.

කාන්තාවට එරෙහි ප්‍රචන්ඩත්වයට අතවරයන්ට නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග නොගන්නා බැවින් ද අපරාධකරැවන්ට නිසි දඩුවම් ලබා නොදීම නිසාද යන හේතු මත තව තවත් ප්‍රචන්ඩත්වයට අනුබල දීමක් සිදු වේ.....

යුද්ධ‍යේ බිහිසුනු බව නිසාවෙන් අසරණ වූ ඔවුන් වෙතින් ගිලිහී ගිය මානුෂික අයිතිවාසිකම්, ආදරය,රැකවරණය,ආර්ථික,අධ්‍යාපනික වැනි අංශයන්ට පුනර්ජීවනය දෙමින් ඔවුන් ගේ හෙට දවස ගොඩනැගිය හැක්කේ කෙසේද?

Who can give back them their security, love and care? how? how will poor economic stability be ensured? How can they re-build their lives again?
